Delete my account

For Seekers (common users) of the AstroStellar website and Android app.

Do it yourself — immediate

1. Sign in on the website at /signin (the app opens the same site; you do not need the app installed).
2. Open Account and choose Delete my data.
3. Type your email and password to confirm. Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.

Use Forgot password? first — a code is emailed to you — then follow the steps above.

By email

Write to techsupport@svelaai.com from the email address on the account. We confirm the request by replying with a code to that address before deleting, so that nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted immediately: birth details, chart, all questions and answers, saved reports, sign-in sessions. Your email and name are replaced; the account can never be used again.
• Kept: records of payments and AI credit use — amounts, dates and payment-provider references with no personal details — for the period accounting and tax law require. Unused credits are forfeited.

Practice (astrologer) accounts

A practice owner removes staff from the Staff page and manages clients’ records from the workspace. To close a whole practice, email us from the owner’s address; we confirm by code before acting.
