Terms of service

Effective 27 October 2026. By creating an account or using the AstroStellar website or Android app you agree to these terms.

The service

AstroStellar provides astrological chart calculations and AI-generated interpretations for Seekers, and a practice-management workspace for astrologers. Interpretations are generated by an AI model from your chart and are offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and they do not predict or guarantee any outcome. Do not make decisions about health, money, safety or the law on the basis of them.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must give a working email address that you control; it is verified before an account exists.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
• A practice owner is responsible for their staff’s use of the workspace and for having lawful grounds to hold their clients’ records.

AI credits

AI answers consume service credits. Credits are a prepaid allowance for using the AI feature: they are not money, not a wallet, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and expire if the account is deleted. The price of a recharge and the credit it buys are shown before you pay. A generation that fails is not charged. Payments are collected by Razorpay under its own terms.

Practice plan

The astrology-practice workspace is billed per calendar month and renewed by a manual payment after the period ends; nothing is charged automatically. When a period ends without renewal, signing in, every record, export, staff management and deletion remain available; AI generation and credit recharge stop until a new period is paid. Unused purchased credit is kept.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, defraud or harm anyone; do not enter another person’s birth details without their consent (practices: without lawful grounds); do not attempt to access another account or practice, probe or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it.

Your content

Birth details, questions and records you enter remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store them, compute charts, generate answers and show them back to you. How we handle them is set out in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect paid credits.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my data. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. Unused credits are not refunded on deletion or suspension except where the law requires.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for AI credits in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
